Was it one of your "syndicate friends?" That is what happens when you play with someone that you or someone you are connected with do not know personally. Why don't you get someone connected to one of your syndicate friends to take care of this?
For starters, do you know the guy's last name. If so, pay $20 for the damn background check and see where it leads you.

I know the Dino you're posting about; he hung out with Sammy and Frank for years, I believe he was a scotch drinker. He is going to be hard to collect from.
